PSYC 186 CM - Seminar in Organizational DevelopmentExamines theories of organizational development and change from the perspective of individuals and groups in organizations, as well as from a structural or organization design perspective. Basic concepts in organizational theory and applied behavioral science are reviewed. Examples of organizational development interventions are examined using case studies and experimental learning activities. Includes an overview of strategies to measure the effectiveness of organizational development techniques.
