Internships in Government
Claremont McKenna College offers a semester internship program in Washington, D.C. Students accepted to the Washington Program take:
For further information on participation in the Washington Program, see Internship Programs and Washington Program in Special Academic Programs. GOVT 125 CM and GOVT 126 CM may be counted towards the government major; all four courses count toward college graduation requirements.
Overall, not more than a total of two internship program courses (GOVT 125 CM or GOVT 126 CM ) and independent study courses (GOVT 199 CM ) may be counted toward the major.
