EA 103L KS - Principles of Soil ScienceThis course is an intensive introduction to the properties and genesis of soils. Topics include: soil morphology, physical properties, phyllosilicate mineralogy, chemistry, biology, and C and N biogeochemical cycles. Key applications of soils to environmental science, ecology, geology, agriculture, and/or archaeology will be emphasized. This course has a laboratory fee.
