PSYC 188 PZ - Seminar: African American PsychologyCritically examines contemporary literature in African American psychology. Emphasizes the ideas of leading theorists (e.g. Na’im Akbar, Wade Nobels, Linda Myers) and the research literature on contemporary problems (e.g. teen pregnancy, gangs).
Prerequisite: Introductory Africana Studies psychology course or permission of instructor
