PSYC 177 CM - Organizational Communication and LeadershipThis course examines the role of communication in the development and perpetuation of organizational culture. The course focuses on the relationship between the organization’s external environment and internal processes, e.g. strategic planning, decision-making, functional specialization, and leadership.
