ECON 151 CM - Strategic Cost ManagementExplores different systems for measuring organizational costs. Topics include traditional cost measurement systems, such as Job-Order, Process, and Standard Costing Systems, and newer cost measurement systems such as Activity Based Costing and Target Costing Systems. Emphasis is placed upon the use of cost data for managerial decisions.
