Historical Context
Specialized courses that introduce students to the stories of Asian American groups that have been an integral part of the United States since the mid-19th century. Students must complete one course selected from: Social Sciences
Courses in the social sciences that focus on Asian Americans. Students must complete one course selected from: Asian American Studies (Interdisciplinary)
Literatures and Fine Arts
Courses looking at the experiences of Asian Americans and at their contributions to culture through the fine arts. Students must complete one course selected from: Modern Languages and Literature in English
Asian Context
Courses introducing students to Asia. Students must complete one course selected from: Modern Languages and Literature
American Context
Courses examining the larger contexts within which Asian American Studies operates as part of the United States. Students must complete one course selected from: Additional Information
