GOVT 152 CM - U.S. Policy in Asia

Introductory survey of the dynamic development of U.S. policy toward Asia in diplomatic, strategic, economic, and cultural fields and of the opportunities and challenges faced by the United States in the Asian Pacific region. Special attention is paid to the emerging issues of political realignment, regional security, economic interdependence, and cultural diplomacy.
