We are committed to supporting a positive, enriching experience for everyone who studies or works at CMC. If you ever wish to express a complaint, you are encouraged to do so. In hearing from you, we are then able to respond, and if necessary, improve the experience for you and others. These senior members of the CMC staff will explain the process for addressing your complaint and answer any questions you may have to assure you a fair process. If your complaint involves non-compliance with the Standards of Accreditation and Commission policies, you may also contact The Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). Details about WASC’s complaint process can be found on their website.

Finally, you may also submit a complaint to the State of California. To do so, an individual may contact the Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education for review of a complaint. The Bureau may be contacted at:
