SCI030LACM - Integrated Sciences I-AThis course is normally taken concurrently with SCI 030LBCM . These two courses emphasize how the integration of core concepts from chemistry and physics, and the use of both experimental and computational methods, are necessary to explore themes of health, brain, and planet. For example, the concepts of intermolecular forces and fluid mechanics are necessary to understand viscous flow in both water infrastructure and the human circulatory system. Combined, the concurrent courses include a total of 6 hours of lecture and 6 hours of lab per week.
