GOVT128 CM - Power, Politics, and Persuasion in WashingtonThis course examines the mores, folkways, and working styles of the political communities of Washington, DC. Students will analyze the formal and informal “rules of the game” both through scholarly literature and their own experiences as interns, coming to an understanding of how policies are made in Washington. They will also study and practice various genres of political writing. Taken as part of the Washington Program . Letter grade only.
