BIOL 151L JS - Developmental BiologyLectures, discussions, and laboratory exercises explore the current state of our understanding of how complex organisms arise from single cells. Topics will include reproduction, growth, differentiation, and pattern formation at the organismal, cellular, and molecular levels. This course has a laboratory fee.
Prerequisites: BIOL 043L JS and BIOL 044L JS ; CHEM 014L JS and CHEM 015L JS (or CHEM 029L JS ); or both semesters of AISS or permission of instructor. One previous upper-division biology course is strongly recommended.
