ECON126 CM - Applied MicroeconometricsAn advanced course in the application of econometric techniques for analyzing micro-level data (entities such as individuals, firms, states, countries, etc.). The course will focus on identification and estimation of causal relationships between economic variables using applications of these techniques in economics and finance. Topics include matching, instrumental variable estimation, regression discontinuity design, difference-in-differences, event studies.
