Explores optimal pricing and product-mix decision, compensation schemes for managers, and management control systems. Covers quantitative methods incluing models of uncertainty and use of financial and non-financial performance measures in the management and control of organizations. Relates ecomically prescribed judgements and decisions to actual human behavior observed in research.
