I.D. Cards

Every student is issued a photo I.D. card upon matriculation and is required to carry it at all times. Students and guests are required to show a valid I.D. card or other appropriate identification if asked by Campus Safety, CMC Public Safety, or any College/Consortium official. Students who fail to cooperate with an identification request while on the property of The Claremont Colleges will be referred for disciplinary action. Visitors who fail to cooperate with an identification request while on the property of The Claremont Colleges may be trespassed, subjected to law enforcement, and/or not permitted to return. It is a violation of policy to provide your I.D. to someone else to use or to use another person’s I.D. as your own.

I.D. cards also serve as a student’s meal card, library card, and access to the fitness center. Any student who loses an I.D. card must report the loss and purchase a replacement card immediately at the CUC Connection located in the Honnold Mudd library or at Facilities and Campus Services located in Story House.
