GOVT115 CM - Politics of Journalism

This journalism writing course teaches journalistic writing techniques, including research, quoting sources, and news and feature story construction. Students will write stories as if they are actual correspondents, taking up domestic and international politics and elections, U.S. domestic issues and overseas unrest and cross-border conflicts, nuclear weapons, and impactful op-ed writing.

Prerequisite: GOVT 020 CM
