FREN120 CM - Order and Revolt in French LiteratureA study of selected writers from the 18th century to the present who have confronted, in particularly significant ways, dominant social values and literary conventions. A historical perspective will be provided to explicate the various dimensions of the literary text in its relationship to society, history, and culture.
